At Neckoiexpelil, we want you to be delighted with your art prints and posters. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review this policy to understand your return options.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unframed, and undamaged. The return period begins when you receive your order from neckoiexpelil.
Art Posters: Open edition posters may be returned within 14 days if in original condition and undamaged.
Inspect your order upon arrival. Report any printing defects or damage immediately.

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Use trackable shipping with insurance. Neckoiexpelil is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Pack returns carefully using original packaging when possible. Roll prints and ship in protective tubes.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order on neckoiexpelil.ddd.
If your art print or poster arrives damaged or with defects, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Inspect orders within 48 hours of delivery and report issues promptly.
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees. International returns may take longer to process. Contact us before initiating international returns.
